  • A product is defective when such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product not to be able to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by Mibro.

Mibro Smartwatch Warranty Details

Right to Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the goods. Please contact customer service once the item is delivered to the warehouse, so the refund process can start.

  1. Returns must include all accessories
  2. Items must include original packaging
  3. For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  4. For non-quality-related warranty claims, Mibro refunds the cost of the product itself
  5. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
📌 Note: If there is a problem with the product you purchased and you apply for a return for a refund, please ensure that the gift is in good condition and returned together. If the gift cannot be returned due to the buyer's reasons, or is damaged or lost during the return, the seller shall not refuse the return of the transaction product, but the corresponding price can be deducted from the transaction payment according to the gift value.

Notification of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Mibro Support) of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form but are not obligated to do so. Find our contact details below.

Return Process

  1. Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as proof of return.
  2. Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  3. Order number from online purchases made through Mibro.
  4. Buyers must provide clear photos containing:
    • Outer package with SKU label
    • Outer package with waybill information
    • Product quantity or defective product photos.

Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with a replacement or refund if the information is incomplete.

Refund requests for the 14-day money-back guarantee expire 14 days after starting a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired within the 14-day window. For purchases not made directly through Mibro's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
  • Standard shipping costs will be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. Additional costs incurred for express shipping or non-standard services are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, and sealed audio or video recordings opened by the consumer.

Warranty and Defective Products

For goods deemed defective or not as described, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with statutory warranty provisions.

Process

  1. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Mibro must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  3. The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  4. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
  5. For defective items that Mibro needs to return, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Mibro or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid proof of purchase:
  • Order number from online purchases made through Mibro
  • Sales invoice

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address the item was originally shipped to).

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  2. Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  3. Buyer's accidental returns
  4. Returning personal items
  5. Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Mibro quality control to be in working condition
  6. Returning defective items in international shipping
  7. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen products
  3. Items that have expired their warranty period
  4. Non-quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase)
  5. Free products
  6. Repairs through 3rd parties
  7. Damage from outside sources
  8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  9. Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Mibro is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of Mibro products
  • Returning personal items sent to Mibro
